Colwall properties are some of the finest we clean. Many have Malvern Stone walls and detailing – this hard, granite-like stone needs very different treatment to the soft red sandstone found elsewhere in Herefordshire. We can pressure wash Malvern stone more aggressively to remove lichen which clings tightly to the granite surface. The village is leafy and green, which looks beautiful but means leaf mould and sap are constant issues for driveways. We often recommend a bi-annual 'wash and treat' for Colwall properties to keep the white lichen spots (Black Spot) at bay, as the clean air here seems to encourage them!
